Suddenly, around a bend, I came upon the Sea of Galilee—just a brilliant blue glimpse of it. That first view took my breath away, knowing that Jesus saw this same panorama over two thousand years ago!
The landscape is still relatively unspoiled, so my imagination ran wild, filled with wonder, as the Bible came alive on this ancient path that led along one rim of the Galilee.
